Operator and scope

This edition covers the operator's private content preparation and connected social accounts. It does not offer public registration, a paid subscription, a purchase contract or a guaranteed service to customers. Access to the operational application is separately controlled by the operator. It does not replace the terms of any product promoted through the portfolio. A future public service requires its own published terms; this edition does not authorize that expansion.
Authorized accounts and content
Use is limited to accounts the operator owns or is authorized to manage and content for which the necessary rights and permissions exist. Connecting Google grants only the scopes accepted in Google's consent screen. Publication must respect the selected channel, visibility, content version and application approval controls. The acceptable-use rules apply to this scope.
A media review, a successful quality check and an authorized publication are separate decisions. Review of a video alone does not authorize posting or establish rights to third-party material. AI-assisted assessments may be wrong; the operator remains responsible for checking claims, rights, disclosure and the intended recipient.
YouTube and Google
Use of YouTube through this integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable platform rules. Kolcu Heliograph is independent of Google and YouTube. Connection, upload acceptance, video processing and public visibility are separate outcomes; none is guaranteed by this website. A missing or uncertain result is not permission to upload the same content again.
TikTok
The integration can upload the owner's own short videos to TikTok accounts of the owner's brands that the account holder has authorized with Login with TikTok (scopes user.info.basic and video.upload, and video.publish once approved). Uploads are sent as drafts or private posts until TikTok approves direct posting; the account holder finishes and publishes them in TikTok. Use of TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service. Kolcu Heliograph is independent of TikTok. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy > Security > Apps and services.
Stopping use and privacy
The owner may stop using the integration, disconnect a channel or revoke access in Google Account connections. Already published videos remain subject to the channel owner's YouTube controls. Revocation does not itself delete those videos or retained operational records.
Data handling and removal requests are described in the privacy notice. The AI-processing notice explains the selected text-quality and media-preparation services. Accepting this edition does not grant new OAuth scopes, approve a publication or authorize additional spending.
